The high speed planting plugs were originally developed for the Forestry industry and is idea for planting most early crops. The concept behind the plugs is the ability to stand up to rough handling by machine and still be soft enough for the plants.
The pugs are weave together with string to make them into a long continues strang of plugs that can be run through a planter without the need of hand labor. Because the planter will plant the plugs automatically, they can be planted much faster, therefore saving the farmer time and cost.
